NRM Johnson are Accountants, Auditors and Business Advisors with offices located in South Australia.

The Practice commenced in August 1993.

As Certified Practising Accountants (CPAs), we are trained in providing our clients with up to date accounting, taxation, business and financial advice.

Our firm is focused on providing friendly, personal, professional services to our clients, and we are associated with a number of national accounting firms from which we are able to obtain specialist advice.

We are anxious to assist our clients in the ongoing increase in growth and profitability of their businesses.

The Partners

nick Matsis

Nicholas Matsis BEc, Grad Dip (Acc), CPA

Nicholas is a CPA and Registered Company Auditor with more than 20 years experience in professional accounting practice. He has gained considerable auditing and accounting experience as a sole practitioner and previously as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG.

Nick's specialties are in taxation, auditing, business consulting and self managed DIY super funds.


Peter Johnson Peter Johnson BCom, CPA

Peter started his career as a professional military officer after graduating from the Royal Military College, Duntroon in 1987. He left the Army in 1990 to study accounting and to start his own business providing services to the accounting profession. Within 3 years his business was publicly listed with offices through Australia and New Zealand.

Peter developed a specialty in the areas of trusts, self managed superannuation funds and other complex business structures. He now focuses on small to medium business to help them to develop and grow. He also provides advice to small businesses as to best structure for them to use to ensure minimum taxation, maximum asset protection, control and flexibility.

Peter holds a Professional Certificate in Self Managed Superannuation at Adelaide University.
